As of March 2020 {We are not accepting exchanges/returns at this time due to COVID } Thank you for understanding.
When requesting an (Exchange) The items must not have been worn or damaged!! To start an exchange, you can contact us at mylittlepiecesboutiquellc1@gmail.com You are responsible for Shipping cost when sending items back. We will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted. You can only (Exchange equal value or different size or color) If your Exchange exceeds the cost of exchanged item, you are responsible for paying the difference.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), under garments and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
